Mission Statement

The mission of the Roman Forest Police Association is to provide a platform for officers to collaborate on ideas that promote a better department, through unity, training, and comradery 

Our Vision

The Vision of the Roman Forest Police Association is to create strength through united action, guided by intelligence. To create mutual protection and advancement of the interest of the officers of the Roman Forest Police Department. 

To organize all law enforcement officers in the Roman Forest Police Department, who qualify for membership, to secure just compensation, for their services and equitable settlement of their grievances. 

To promote the establishment of just and reasonable working conditions.  To place members of this association on a higher plane of skill and efficiency. 

To promote harmonious relationships between law enforcement officers of the Roman Forest Police Department and their employers. 

To provide financial aid to the Roman Forest Department and crime prevention and labor relations.  To provide training and equipment that falls outside the budget of the Roman Forest Police Department.

To provide financial assistance to the officers of the Roman Forest Police Department in times of hardship or disasters. To cultivate friendship and fellowship among members. 

The Roman Forest Police Association is a Non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. All donations are tax deductible.
