Additional Applications and Restrictions apply to property located in the Flood Plain.
To expedite plan review, only complete plan submissions will be accepted by the city’s Permit Department.
Plans may be submitted via PDF’s with the expectation that the Builder will print an appropriate size of the approved stamped copy of the contractor’s plans and REScheck to be kept onsite for the Building Inspectors review.
Contractor and/or Project Manager will be required to make an appointment to review city building expectations prior to the building permit issuance.
Building Deposit, Plan Review, Permit, and Inspection fees are due prior to the permit being issued.
You may submit plans electronically or in hard copy during regular business hours.
Electronic submission will only be accepted in PDF format .

The city reserves the right to 30 days for a preliminary review of your submitted documents.
Failure to comply with city codes or ordinances may result in forfeiture of a portion or all of the Building Deposit.
